As part of our full service and interim service offerings, please note that only 5W-30 engine oil is covered. If your vehicle requires a different grade of oil (9 out of 10 vehicles do use this grade), you will be informed of any cost differences. Additionally, we ensure that all necessary checks, including MOT testing, are performed to keep your vehicle in top condition.

Please note that the full service covers standard parts only, and you will be informed if there are any differences. Pricing is based on a standard vehicle and may change if the parts or labour time required is more extensive than usual. Additionally, this full service includes only 5W-30 engine oil; if your vehicle requires a different grade of oil (which is the case for approximately 1 in 10 vehicles), we will inform you of any cost differences. For those interested, we also offer interim service options and MOT testing to ensure your vehicle remains in optimal condition.

You can take advantage of a free retest within 10 working days for all MOT testing that has failed, ensuring your vehicle is ready for the road after its full service or interim service.

All repairs that require diagnostics or further investigation to diagnose a fault will incur a minimum charge of 0.5 hours of labour. This will be evaluated on a case-by-case basis. If we determine that a full service or interim service is necessary without additional charges, we will not impose them. However, if more time is needed to complete the assessment before any further works are carried out, this will be authorized in advance, particularly in relation to MOT testing.
