Please note that only 5W-30 engine oil is covered, wherever a vehicle does not use this grade of oil (9/10 vehicles do) you will be informed of any cost differences. 

Please note that the full service covers standard parts only. You will be informed where this differs and quoted accordingly. Pricing is based on a standard vehicle and is subject to change where the parts or labour time is a lot more extensive than usual.

10 working days for a free retest with all mots which have failed. 

All repairs which require diagnostics or further investigation to diagnose a fault will be subject to a minimum charge of 0.5 hours labour. This will be assessed on a case by case basis, where we do not have to charge we wont, where we require more time this will be authorised before any further works are carried out.
